Our two-story residence boasts an inviting courtyard area, perfect for cookouts, and a charming gardening spot lovingly tended to by our residents. Every room is a sanctuary, featuring a private bath, large windows that flood the space with natural light, plush carpet, and vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. This isn’t just a place to live; it’s a caring community that’s tailored to provide the utmost comfort and support for your cherished family member.
Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Brentwood at Hobart, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Our memory care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Our Life Enrichment Programming puts your passions front and center! Crafted around resident input, it ensures the well-being of our residents by addressing the mind, body, and soul.
Through weekly outings to local restaurants, shopping trips, and outdoor activities, residents cultivate meaningful relationships while staying connected to the local community of Hobart. The Chili Cook Off was a remarkable success. Our Team showcased their culinary skills with creative chili variations. Our Residents enjoyed their role as judges. We thank all participants for their involvement. Barry, driver and maintenance staff member, took top honors.

Our veterans were honored today with certificates from Angel of Heart to Heart Hospice, evoking priceless smiles. A Generations Resident shared memories of his time in Germany and the friends he lost. The picture on the left features the late Don Driemeyer, Jacqueline Driemeyer's husband, taken between 1942-1943 during his time in the Navy at 18.
